At Organic Bath & Body our customers are our most important asset. Your satisfaction is everything to us. At Organic Bath & Body your satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied.
SHIPPING
All customary orders are usually shipped within 24 hours during working days. Although we try to keep all items in stock, there are occasions where an item is out of stock. We will either offer you the same item in another size that is equal or larger than what you wanted to order, or will backorder it and ship it when it is available. Shipping charges on backorders are at no charge to you. We usually ship FedEx ground unless you request another method. Freight charges are calculated by the weight and quantity of parcels. There are no refunds or credits on shipping charges.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All claims for defective merchandise must reported via email or phone immediately.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Our packaging department puts their best efforts forth to insure all items are packaged safely, but unfortunately delivery damages can occur. Please call or email mail us immediately to report any damages. You must save all packing material and boxes for FedEx claims inspection.
PAYMENT METHODS
Organic Bath & Body accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover card, & American Express. We also will accept prepayment via personal or company check or money order. All checks must have proper information posted on them. Checks and money orders will have to be deposited and cleared for payment before an order is shipped. This could take up to 10 business days. All payments and information are secure. We do not keep any credit card data on file, once an order is processed. Authorization on credit cards and payments are posted within
36 hours.
SECURITY
Our shopping cart system is in the process of being built. When it is in place, all transactions via our shopping cart will be secure. We will let you know when this is in place.
PRIVACY
Organic Bath & Body keeps all customer information private. We do not sell any mailing lists or share any information. All credit card data is destroyed once the sale is processed.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be authorized by a Customer Service Representative either via email or phone in advance. Authorized returns will be accepted only if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Shipping and handling are not available for a refund or credit. Any authorized returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and shipping fees would be incurred by the customer. Any credits are processed within 1-3 days of receipt of authorized returns.
